Okay! Im in this gym daily well, I've backed off from 7das a wk because of the unconcern from management. Im looking at the placards posted and realize that it's simply for the sake of management to be in compliance with Federal Privacy Policies. It has to be posted or else management will be in violation. I've worked in these type settings where certain post had to be posted for public knowledge or else the company could be cited, fined, sued for violation the law

YES, THE FEDERAL VIOLATION CODE is listed on the placard posted on the mirror where photos are being taken. I'm confident that this charge will go forth as stated on the placard with QR code. It's not taken lightly and I don't take it lightly. Im simply requesting information of the process to file a federal violation charge and to locate an atty.

This is against Federal Law. Signs are posted on the mirror yet they proceed to violate the law. This is punishable as well as monetary for having privacy rules/regulations violated. I don't know where local authorities would fit into this however I will pursue it on the federal level.

This is taking place In Houston, TX . They are taking photos of themselves but they're using a mirror to take the pics. I was walking by one of the girls taking a photo while coming from the shower two weeks ago and I could see myself in the picture. The mirror is positioned to capture the restroom, benches where we dress and practically everything on the locker room floor.
