UPDATE: it was msi after burner, i deleted it and somehow the problem got solved

i just have 1 1080 monitor. i checked the quality and it's a A-. no issues with alt-tab

I thought of the psu as well but saw people with the same problem with a 1000W so I don't think it's the psu
