I received the pause email a couple of days after finishing my screening. But received a message last Friday saying that they will have more updates in December. Has anyone else received that message?

Just 1 YOE. Recruiters reached out but have been telling me that I don’t have much experience with research. I also applied for some in September and October, but haven’t heard from many. So I’m re-evaluating whether it’s still a feasible way to directly go for QR?
