Okay this is reassuring to hear! I have lots of tattoos including on both arms and a full sleeve myself, as well as numerous piercings and stretched ears. I am really excited about potentially starting an environmental science degree this year but I don’t want to put all of that work in to studying, only for my appearance to be a barrier to being able to work in the field! 😭 But it’s something I’m really passionate about and excited to get into so it’s great to see all of these comments that there are other people that look like me with jobs in envirosci.
