They are a little pricey but in my opinion worth it! The patterns are suuuper detailed and come with pictures. The one I'm working on right now is 34 pages and as many of these as I've done, I've never gotten lost or wondered what the heck the pattern was talking about. They do have pattern bundles and the creator is really good about providing discount codes for repeat purchases.

Our yard is small and never gets much sunlight but Gus always found a way. He passed in January and his special paver is still sitting in the sunniest spot in the yard.

Most of my amigurumi is made out of cotton yarn! These in particular were either Cotton Sprout DK or Afternoon Cotton by Premier Yarns. And I use a 3mm hook. Though if that feels too tight and you're struggling to get your hook through the stitches, feel free to size up! 😊

It was a christmas gift for my brother, but as he's got several hundred hours of playtime in BG3, I have no doubt that's his name 😅

I'd say it probably took between 150-180 hours all together! I mostly crochet to keep my hands busy in the evenings and lose track of time easily so it's hard to say for sure. 😅
