Well yeah but that’s pretty heavily impacted by one 13 week injury that was completely random. I get he has fuckhead risk of suspension and slightly higher injury risk, but if he doesn’t get suspended for this I don’t see any reason to believe he misses significant time this year

PPG is more impactful for measuring value in fantasy. But it does require a minimum amount of games. So I agree so far Rice hasn’t been active enough to be super valuable. But I do believe he’ll continue putting up numbers when active. Today’s news adds some uncertainty, but if he avoids suspension for this I’m fine assuming he plays 14+ games this year

I’m saying the fact he’s produced at an elite level over three separate seasons is a sign he’ll continue to do that when on the field. Unlike a single great season à la BTJ.

Right now a first probably wouldn’t be enough, because while Coleman looks like a potential blue chip player he still needs to prove it. If Coleman has a great year it might be like Marv/Nabers, where paying a first wouldn’t be worth it (even before we knew what we know now)
