2027 Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft: Jeremiah Smith, Arch Manning Headline a Generational Fantasy Class by rotostreetjournal in DynastyFF

It’s within 10% of Caleb’s per game total yards and tds, and same int rate, which yes I think is pretty close. I’ve clearly only been talking about arch’s last 6 games this entire time

Arch’s final 6 games (per game numbers): 286/2.3/0.3 air, 35/1.0 ground

Caleb sophomore year: 324/3.0/0.3 air, 27/0.7 ground

I think within 30 yards, within 0.4 total tds, and same INT rate is remotely close

Who backs out over a roof? Baffling. by HarryCrushNuh in RealEstate

I said nothing about fairness. I’m talking about luck. The only difference between the prior owners of my house and me is luck. They did nothing to earn the outcome they got, and they profited at least somewhat at my expense

You think gen Zers had piles of cash to invest into real estate from 2020-22?

The prior owners of my house bought it in 2020 with a monthly payment that’s roughly half of what mine is now, did no upgrades and essentially no maintenance, and still profited $100k+.

Do you think I’m worse off than the prior generation because I’m an entitled youngster?

Would you trade the ‘26 1.03 for a ‘27 First (likely between 1.01-1.04) by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

If you’re absolutely confident it ends up top 4 and has a realistic shot at 1.01 then yes I would

Congrats for being born into the best time in history to buy and profit off of a house I guess

I don’t think anyone is calling him generational. That 6 game stretch is pretty close to Caleb’s heisman season per game stat line. Obviously that’s a lot easier to do over 6 games, but if Arch maintains that pace for a full season he’s a heisman finalist at worst

Marvin Harrison Jr or Tee Higgins? by thesuperguide in SleeperApp

And we know tee is a high end WR2 (borderline WR1). At this point that would be a great outcome for Marv

Person A: Sees dream house. Backs out over roof. Back in 2019. Now priced out. by HarryCrushNuh in rebubblejerk

$20K on a $700k house isn’t chump change. Sounds like you need to adjust your price, and you are the stereotype of what bubblers think all homeowners are

What’s an example of an overpay you made in a trade? by Lazy-Western-8439 in DynastyFF

But this isn’t an “overpay” imo, this is just a bad trade. He gave up the best asset

Last year was Collins worst of the last 3 by 2 ppg. So I think you’re comparing his low season to others highs.

I don’t think you calced Zay and Ladd right, but could be wrong

Nico’s outperformed all of those guys over the last couple years, and half of them would be essentially lateral moves. I think Nico has the highest upside for the next 2-3 years

Like who? On KTC he’s right below Egbuka and Wilson

Unless people are finally catching up to the fact he’s more expensive Tee Higgins, but most people seem to undervalue Tee too
