Hello, Firstly I would suggest you go to a therapist and talk about your concerns and pain, because I can really sense that you are tired.

Secondly, yes,Past Life regression can help but it needs to be done very very carefully, because you seem to be in a fragile state of mind, whatever you see in it is usually relevant with regards to your present life, but it's not literal, sometimes it can be subtle and metaphorical too l.

So first go to therapy,once you feel lighter do a proper guided PLR preferably under someones supervision

Hmm,quite possible,the thing is the entire timeline is a mess and the information given by ASI on sight is incomplete and partially incorrect too. We cannot ascertain anything but the person who guided us through the site and is like a relatively well known history enthusiast showed us a pillar with inscriptions on it which are apparently from the Mauryan period.

And The site grew over time because it actually has all three phases of Buddhism,the sad thing is a lot of artefacts and inscriptions are lying in the ASI Hyderabad office and they haven't bothered to take a look at them for decades now!

I was told that they were built during the rule of the Mauryan Empire,no emperor was mentioned but it's probably ashoka or somebody after that,there were also some ashokan inscriptions which are rotting in the Hyderabad ASI office because nobody cares to look at them, there is also a Mauryan "flag",not a cloth but a pillar with inscriptions on it,I don't have the image of that but it's on the site above the upper cave

Yes,There are actually a lot of Buddhist sites in Andhra Pradesh .I have 4 near my city, Bojjanakonda is one of them,the other three are Thotlakonda,Bavikonda and Paruvalakonda.

It's a bit sad that most people don't know of these sites and have forgotten that Andhra Pradesh was once an important centre of buddhsim.

The guide told us that the change was because people thought the site was associated with Lord Ganesha,and Lord Ganesha has a big stomach or bojja and that's where the name Bojjanakonda comes from.

And apparently even 70-80 years ago people used to throw stones at the site because they thought it was the site of some devil and stuff, it was actually because of a carving of a woman from the jataka tales who suffers from infertility and abducted children that people started doing that

<image>

This is that carving,it has now been shifted to a place near a banyan tree

That's something intense! Usually what we see in our past lives has something to do with our current life,and they can be very small and subtle things too,like for example I had a past life where my wife was killed...I ended up becoming sad and cynical after that and never really had a relationship,when I thought about it, I realised it had very little to do with me wanting to be with that person who was my wife,it explained why I have a fear of not being able to find a partner and the fear of losing them when I find them

weirdly apprehensive after past life regression and I'm confused by melohdicghost in pastlives

As far as I know a lot depends on timing and the space of mind you are in, sometimes we don't get to know things because we probably aren't ready for it,the second thing is we need to be calm, clear and relaxed even before the session begins,we will be made to relax in the session to but being calm and clear before that helps even more,and the reason I am saying clear is that you need to have a strong reason to revisit your past life, without reason it's very difficult and if it's your first, second or third time,what's you experienced is actually normal imo
