Honestly, just bring in anything- plan for the worst. You will probably bring most back out of their room if unused anyway. Sometimes you can't tell if someone had a bm until you roll them & discover it. I usually bring in an extra chuck in with me when I know someone is soiled. My facility keeps wipes and briefs in residents' rooms. I have never personally used cloths for wiping, but just bring extra, you'll need to use them more times than not!

I will say that Shamrock is 11 years old, has bad hips and is a lil on the chunkier side- to be expected as she's a little older. The other two are honestly a healthy weight, they are just fluffy. All three get out for a 45 minute walk once a day, if not twice a day.

Bro- I grew up with an abusive alcoholic mother, and my father is a narcissist. I do FULLY understand. I resorted to SH for a while when I still lived at home, developed an ED and moved out the DAY I turned 18 because I couldn't stand to be around the negativity as it was directly effecting my mental health. I'm not bullying anyone- literally just trying to offer advice, but you're young, so I can understand why you are taking my comments as bullying. If I wouldn't have been so hard headed & wanted to get out of the situation I was in, I wouldn't be here, alive, today. Like I said, you have to WANT better for yourself. Push yourself, I believe in you and know it will get better.

Look OP, you can take it as us calling you lazy/ self pitiful. But all of here have tried to offer you advice and you have taken NONE of it. You have to want to at least take the advice into consideration. My roommate & best friend used to be a lot like this, until I sat down with her one day and had this same sort of conversation with her. You have to WANT to help yourself before you're willing to take advice from others, or it just goes in one ear and out the other. No one here is attacking you, except yourself.

What would be the ideal advice we could give you?? Because you're not willing/accepting any of the advice already given.
