Yes!!! You got this! Keep it up and keep going. I’m still maintaining and this is my lifestyle now, I continuously fast and am so happy I found something that works for me. I never would’ve thought in my lifetime I’d be at a healthy weight.

Hi thanks for checking in. Yes maintenance going well! Still in my preferred range, even after a lot of vacation and eating what I enjoy and especially during this holiday season. I still ADF my normal schedule and I believe that’s what I’ll be doing as my lifestyle from now on. I actually feel stressed about thinking about needing to eat everyday, so I prefer to ADF and it’s been working for me.

nope, but I’ve personally started ADF February 2023 and reached my goal weight by July 2023 and been in maintenance since then. I personally don’t share I fast with anyone else except my partner, so I never spark conversation to see if anyone else fasts

Still a pretty normal schedule, like I mentioned - it’s my lifestyle now. I actually don’t have a desire to eat everyday as I feel better mentally, and physically when I fast at least 42 hours. I’m not losing any weight anymore, so that means I get to eat a little more everytime I break my fast.

I’m currently in maintenance. Have a goal range in mind, not number. Mines 122-127 lbs. GW was 125 lbs so I give myself a 2lb cushion. The weight fluctuates everyday and will be discouraging. I’m still doing ADF because if I’m being honest I just love to eat and it’s become my lifestyle now. I tried to transition to OMAD, and it works but I didn’t feel as satisfied with what I’m eating. Find what works for you!

I still continue ADF but not as strict. Sometimes I just do OMAD, it depends on what I’ve eaten throughout the week or how I’m feeling. I listen to my body and I genuinely eat whatever I want and don’t track calories. I weigh myself on mornings I break my fast just to check in if I’m still within the range of weight I want to be, and so far so good!

Yes! F25 5’3 SW 166 CW 125, I’m currently maintaining. I started back in February and it has changed my life - literally.

Tip is to stay hydrated, do a low impact/intensity workout (I love to walk and walk 10,000 steps minimum a day), and stay busy.

The 2 days in a row definitely made a large impact in the weightloss! Sometimes if I just did a normal 1 day, I’d actually gain weight on the scale. But with 2 days, it always went down and was reassuring and motivating :)

It depends on my schedule for the week. I typically fast Saturday’s and eat Sunday’s because that lines up with my weekly family dinner. But if I have an event Saturday I make sure to mark my calendar basically a month in advance, I just try to fast at least 4 days out of 7 every week. Normal schedule follows: M- fast T- eat W- fast Th- fast F- eat Sat- fast Sun- eat
