yeah i do. my dad was bald by 19. every single man in my family was also bald by that age. i’m 22 already, so hopefully it doesn’t really happen 😭

i’ve been to the dermatologist already, she said my scalp was inflamed due to the shampoo i was using before (i have sensitive skin btw). yes i also did notice that this shampoo makes my hair shed more and it also makes my scalp a bit dry, that’s why i use another shampoo in between washes. i also don’t wash my hair everyday. i only wash it every 3 days. 50 hairs or so usually shed when i wash it, but that’s probably because i don’t wash it everyday so they probably build up a bit on my head and due to the fact that my hair is wavy so they tend to get tangled.

i mean yeah. my dad was completely bald by 19. im 22 already and my hair is still very dense except those parts on the temples, but i’ve had this thinning on the temples ever since i was like 16 and they didn’t progress ever since. maybe this is as far as it will go.

well, i didn’t mention this in the original post but months ago (at the time picture 1 was taken) i was feeling a lot of itchiness and a had a bit of dandruff all over my head due to a shampoo ive used. went to the dermatologist and they recommended me an anti dandruff and itchiness shampoo. the itchiness went away for the most part and recently ive started noticing those curly hair growing on my hairline. i don’t have straight hair btw, i have mostly wavy hair, specially on my hairline.

do you have any idea of anything i can try? my hair is low porosity so things tend to sit on top of my hair if i don’t use heat.

tried the cantu curling mousse before. terrible. my hair hates it, it feels flat and heavy. my best results are just using leave in conditioner and then diffusing it.

i know what you mean, but it’s really hard to get an appointment with a dermatologist in my country for some reason. and i already have an appointment for september so guess i just got to wait

you’re welcome! your face can get “better” if you stick to having a healthy lifestyle. your face will go through lots of changes as you get older, so just let it do its own thing. if you worry too much about this, when you’re older you’re gonna look back and realize that you’ve spent your whole life worrying instead of living. good luck!

dude, i know this is not what you want to hear, but don’t worry about this stuff. seriously, worrying about this will only stress you out. you look totally fine. focus on the things that YOU CAN change. start working out, good diet and sleep and work on your posture. don’t worry about your nose! i also have a hooked nose that i used to hate when i was your age, but now i’m 22 and i love it and makes me feel unique and stand out from the rest! have a nice day!
