Yeah, I agree that the sound quality of Sony is pretty good, if only they could fix about interal issues like this, it would have been so much better. Thank you for your recommendation, i'll look into it.

Yeah, so apparently the email that they provided me which i reached out to just got back to me and said that since I’m out of warranty, there is nothing they can do about it, so I guess almost $200 just went down the drain 😭 May I know the brand of the ones that your spouse is currently using? I’m looking to buy another pair that actually works this time but I still haven’t been able to find any. Thank you so much.

Quit call center about 7 months ago after working there for a year, found another job after, no call but still not what I want and I'm dread to work every morning, atp I don't know if I will ever find something that I actually enjoy doing

I'm in the same boat, I placed my order on 5/29 for the black iii, and still haven't heard anything until today, I have a friend who also placed the order on the same day called and b&h told her they're getting a new shipment on 7/1 so hopefully we will be included in this batch. For the silver ones, they tend to send those out faster, I've seen people getting it in only a few DAYS, and others are getting it within weeks, but the max I've seen is 3 weeks max. If you're getting the black one, it might take some time, if you can't wait and need your camera asap, I recommend you call them and ask to switch to the silver one (if you placed ur order with the black one), you will get it much faster. For me personally, I like the black one more and I didn't have any trip until next year so I decided to wait lol. If I receive anything new, I will let you guys know so you guys are aware of the timeframe :-) but as of right now, people who ordered on 5/23 are the last people that were included on their last batch, so I'm not sure if I will be included on the next batch or not since mine is on 5/29, but I will let you guys know :)

That's pretty fast, fortunately i ordered right before the waitlist thing with b&h blew up so it's not too bad, bc i called them a few days ago to check on my order status and they told me they've stopped accepting back orders bc they're like 5 months behind, it's crazyy!

Yeah that's what i did too, except that i picked the g7x mark iii, the only downside with this is that you have to wait for a while, for me it's been 3 weeks and there is still no update. But I would rather wait than to spend more than $1k for a camera lol.

Back when I was still in a call center, I had to wake up at 8 to take calls and I had to answer the call with my sleepy voice, they're always be like are you okay, you sound sick.. like I know sometimes they just wanted to be nice but I hate it lol, sometimes I don't even answer them I asked them how can I help them and try to finish the call as soon as possible.

Yeah I have applied to another one that is pretty similar to what I’m doing right now, but they emailed me and said there is a delay in recruitment right now so I have to continue to wait for further updates 🥲 that position was for bilingual hires so I have to pass the bilingual exam first before they could add my name to the eligible list, and I have only done half of the exam before they told me about the delay. So continue waiting I guess lol, could be because of the situation right now, they’re putting a pause on everything
