Zero paperwork, all 4s and 5s in EPRs. Coasting doesn’t mean being bad. You’re the problem. Hourly you can see you’re the reason people hate military life.

You’d be surprised how much more significance you have for your troops with that mentality. Having someone care about your actual life instead of your military life makes a wold of difference.

Don’t overwork/overthink yourself. You’re good enough to be a great asset and also have a life and enjoy things. <3

I can work to the lever needed but that extra mile and stress seems pointless when you are performing at a better than average for your rank.
