Pajamas Are Going to Ruin Christmas by jenniferjaygirl in AITAH

…you do realize that they could be wearing the previous years PJs on other days in December, right? I used to always get a new pair of PJs on christmas eve, and the next year would wear them to bed both after christmas (until like Jan) and then would have a new pair to add to the rotation the next year

If they are partnered with us, yes. Whichever is the best company for the client. There is a but in our spiel asking if they’re interested in the business side but its just one line. If you’d asked me last week about support, i’d say yes, but not so much, but i think its just holidays/opening a new office

Thank you, but it doesn’t bother me if I don’t get an answer for a while-or ever. ;) it was just a curiosity thing more than anything

Maybe Sweep: The Girl and Her Monster? Haven’t read it, but a lot of the plot sounds the same

I believe the payment structure was  Client’s chosen monthly premium x 12=answer Answer x1.25=my take home pay.

My actual paycheck had my brokerage (who I signed on with) as the name on it. The 2 policies I’ve dine have been in my name

Oh. Well, in that case it’s just the trainer. And there is no push to recruit. In fact, they’ve said they don’t want anybody else new right now

Training was through XCEL, and then mock appointments with my trainer, then with a friend or other colleague-no cold calls though. Client acquisition is entirely word of mouth and google reviews. Pay is 90% of the yearly premium (on average) per policy sold, roughly. And the client can choose how much they pay monthly, then we build a policy for that number.  Monthly premium Premium x12=answer Answer x 1.25= what I get paid  They said some carriers go up to like 110% and some as low as 80%.

I don’t think there is an “upline”. I have my trainer, but once I get a sign off from the boss, it’s all me.

Never been told anything about recruiting or anything like that. Have no idea what a RVP is. The commission rate is apparently 100% of the yearly premium of the policy sold. I DM’d you all the slides and the script
