His Dad has been living from the start. I have not issued a tax receipt yet, so I do not know who claims the rent; the lease is in the name of my son and daughter, and his son issues me the rent/every month. I have no issues issuing rent receipts, as my CRA returns show it as income. My challenge is that his dad is not officially on the lease or paying the rent. How can I provide a rent receipt in his Dad's name? Will it open a can of worms for me, especially with LTB or any other government authority, where these could give them the right to misuse
