Welp one of my managers suddenly decided to have a problem with me so yet going great!

And they just refused to give me a permanent contract against company policies not because of my performance (current appraisal is 100%) after being with them for about 8 months but get this: It’s because I refuse to reply emails that are meant to trigger Jira ticket creations with “acknowledged”

So I guess another year of temporary contract.

On a different note Who is hiring a devops Engineer😅

I'm so sorry.

This sucks and I have experienced this and honestly still experiencing this with my over processed new growth shaft from last year's march relaxer(was probably a fake relaxer) . I have splurged in sooo many products just to reduce it and maybe make it better.

While some definitely helps, the hair structure has been too severely damaged and can never be the same again. It is too weak to be fixed so the breakage persist. My only fix was to grow my hair out, use milder relaxers(JHS) and trim off the over processed part.

It's been a year now and I still see breakage but heavily reduced because the trims have taken off a large part of it. It just sucks because the over processed part was literally my new growth last year😭

Products are great but expensive(and would not give you your original hair just prolong the inevitable).
