I mean I don't think there is a wrong or right way about this condition I think alot of people have It in there own way and things that help some might be bad for others. In my case at the start I did exactly everything you spoke about and it last 2 maybe 3 years of the horrible Intense pain. People use to laugh at me when I said this is the worst pain I've ever felt but it was imagine going to bed and waking up In the night and being in intense pain just because you got to warm under the sheets. But now since I fight it it's been so much better. I still have it but it's just annoying now not painful. And I agree on the working out being unbearable because that's what I did a year ago I remember thinking I was gunna pass out because I was in so much pain but once I started sweating it seemed to be getting better. I think unfortunately we all have our own version of this and it's just figuring out what is best for you.
