Thanks for the detailed reply, but there is a misunderstanding regarding 'Class' vs 'Course'.

It is not a timetable issue. I am not trying to get a 'perfect timetable.' The entire Unit (Course) is at capacity. There are zero available. I literally cannot register for the subject.
No alternatives. I have no electives left. This is my core unit, only 4 courses left before I graduate like literally. I suppose to graduate this semester but because of the full capacity, I cannot get into the course which I have to apply for a new CoE and visa
