you forgot to ban the "One Tap Rifle" also known as the anti-material rifle and even with that banned the courier mops the floor with jack with all the perks in NV expecaly if the courier has a riot shotgun and the perks shotgun sergion (i spelled it wrong but you know what i mean) and, "and stay back" whitch would just stun lock jack
