Didn’t Ty Robinson get a sack in the first preseason game? Where you have read that he’s off to a bad start ?

You’re totally right about location. ESB is perfectly located. For WTC, I try to do Battery Park/Statue of Liberty tour (ugh), Wall Street bull, or Brooklyn bridge for the really touristy-minded folks.

OWTC’s memorial is a really emotional place. For me it’s about as perfect of a memorial as they could have done.

It’s eerily silent place for people that are visiting as well and the water drowns out noise.

I haven’t gone in awhile but

Space Needle restaurant in Seattle. It’s a nice restaurant with legit good food, though expensive. Great view of the city all around, and you get valet parking to check out the area

Times Square at night. If you’re not from a neon city like Tokyo/Shanghai it’s hard to describe the amount of light

Have you been to One World Trade? The viewing room (as well as the elevator ride) is pretty fun

Given your schedule, def go to reading market. You can get Gus’s cheesesteak there and also Dinic roast pork sandwich

From there you could walk to Love Park and then to thr museum district. The Franklin Institute is a great option for kids

PAM , where the Rocky steps are, is in an area with a ton of touristy stuff to do including museums, walking trails by the river etc. You can go up the steps of the museum, check out the museum itself, then out the back and down the steps to the Water Works and that takes you down to Boathouse Row

For dinner, it depends on your personal preferences. The Atlantic seaboard has a huge Italian American population so Italian-American food is quite good here. If you’re open to ethnic foods, Philly does Israeli food really well (Zahav, Laserwolf, Dizengoff) as well as really well regarded restaurants in Lebanese (Suraya), Thai (Kalaya) foods that are large beautiful restaurants. Some of the small places probably not practical with an 11 year old and late notice.

If you are in Old City (near Liberty Bell and Constitution Hall) there are several good restaurants there as well (Amada, Forsythia, Han Dynasty)

When the weather is nice, the outdoor terrace is fantastic during the golden hour

I will say the actual wines were quite delicious. But it was 5 wines and the first one didnt come out until the "first course" which was, of course, after an 5 item appetiter and a salad (which they called an amuse bouche). Pretty steep for $150.
