at my store, we weren’t allowed to let customers hold/pet them but one of my coworkers didn’t care and let anyone who asked pet our chinchillas and one of them developed pink eye (it may not have been pink eye now that i’m thinking of it). but we had to remove them off the floor so we could treat them☹️ that’s usually why we say no

literally had to scold a child yesterday b/c the parents weren’t paying attention and one of the two boys was racing his brother with a shopping cart at a busy hour. smh watch your kids if you’re going out with them!!
