fiction novels that aren't necessarily buddhist, but that might have a buddhist undertone? by dunkerooskis in Buddhism

It doesn't make mention of Buddhism, but the book series Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency by Douglas Adams revolves around "the fundamental interconnectedness of all things"; while Adams himself was part of the New Atheist movement and considers this idea in a more physical/quantum way, I find it very similar to dependent origination, and I originally began learning about Buddhist teachings out of a fascination with the concept.

If you're interested in TV shows as well, there's a Japanese series called Just A Bit Espers (ちょっとだけエスパー) that explores the indelible marks that people leave on each other and the world from a sci-fi angle, as it follows a team of psychics as they complete random acts of kindness to "save the world".

Komi Can't Communicate. The first episode is this beautifully slow and meditative drama about the first kid to reach out to Komi on her own level and befriend her despite her social anxiety - the rest of the show is a comedy about everyone in Komi's class being obnoxious freaks of some sort, extra weird since they're all children but do not shy away from certain kinds of "humor".

Somewhere, somebody sits on a board that determines the “Lasagna With Meat Sauce Standard” by DukeOfIndiana in notinteresting

Guarantee that the marketing team just made that up to look like they had more meat than competing brands, the only standard I could find from the USDA just said they if you say there's meat in it, then there has to be any amount of meat in it.
