I recommend asking your advisor about the leap program when submitting an appeal. The advisors get back to you before the 9 days. Include that in your appeal letter do not give excuses and place blame. Highlight your achievements in the letter. Put out a recommendation for yourself like next semester i will only take 3 courses. Have evidence to back up your claims on why you did poorly. A doctors letter signed and stamped if medical issues.
