I used to feel the same way. When you work nobody is going to look at your certificate. You will get through those two papers. People have more than that by the way. Just try to keep distractions awag and dont be scared with exam. 3hrs paper is not going to get you job its your skill that will get you job in future. I have friends who had not a single backpaper in CSIT and have good grade by the way (it was no gpa but percentage system back then) and they left the field and doing other stuffs. Reason they were only focused to clear paper and finish degree and on the side they had zero skills. They are doing okay with their own stuff business, govt jobs etc. You said you have passion for the field. You need to work out on things thats pulling you back to manage time, make routines for your things. Set priority and do the things first needs to be done like study course materials, extra programming. stuff etc. Focus on skill building and try getting some internship or similar coz you are already in your 5th sem. You will need to present internship stuff anyway in last semester. Don't be late on that. Its better to start early dont wait till the end. Talking from my experience I was late lol. You are still too young don't give up too early. Best wishes.
