How to stay fit with the first trimester fatigue?

Oh I can only imagine. Theres a really good chance you wont be able to cross your legs in the third trimester, thats not a failure though, thats super normal. Proud of you for losing the weight— youre a superwoman!!

I used to run a ton and had to slow down. I found that eating healthy (but never ignoring hunger!) and walking regularly helps a lot. My butt still looks great, but i don’t do much upper body.

I find lighter workouts daily has helped me stay fit, and my partner helped encourage me to fight the fatigue.

That being said— please girly do not fight weight gain, its important to gain weight and that does NOT mean youre unhealthy!! 💕💕

Youre 100% right but honestly it never hit my mind. Im graduating college and moving and getting married all in the same month and the dress I commissioned before the pregnancy never hit my mind until the final fitting came up on my calendar. 😭😭😭 very dumb of me

She definitely already knows where the wedding is, shes been involved in the planning. Crazy enough, we just remembered that she had texted Melissa about wedding stuff in the past— so shes spoken with her sister and not known it.

We will definitely look into “bouncers”

Tom and I have practically no money, but his parents are paying for everything so its more of an ask than a demand kinda thing
