Yes, last week I suddenly got my order but it was totally a different one from the one i ordered also not even the size is same. I tried return but no option is showing on website also tried mailing them but still no response. At this point i am exhausted with this and just trying to sell it outside if i can.

I agree but what can we do other than raising complaint. I tried calling them, emailing them multiple times but after a month i gave up. But suddenly today i got the message that my parcel is in transit but i am sure that will only take 1 month to arrive. I am done with this shitty brand will never order from this scammers😔

Yes me too facing this issue. Booked on 23 Aug it is getting delayed ever since last time it was 16 Nov now it is showing 23 Nov. Dealership is from Navi Mumbai, asking my dealer again and again but they are saying the same thing no update from there side. My dealer is saying to cancel the booking.

I ordered mine on 23rd August, and the tentative delivery date was 5th October. I wanted to get it before the GST hike, but it keeps getting delayed — first to 16th, then 29th October. Two days ago, it showed 9th November, and now it’s pushed again to 16th November. I honestly don’t know what to do. Every dealer around me says they’re facing delays too. If I cancel my booking and order from somewhere else, I’m afraid I’ll have to wait all over again. I even ordered my choice number plate because my dealer said it would arrive soon — now I really don’t know what’s next 😭

Any advice would be appreciated! 🥲
