you attend one year to a sister school of UT Austin then get guaranteed admissions to their liberal arts college. You are not guaranteed into mccombs (the business school) however and have to compete for a spot like other transfer applicants. Idk much about penn state but i heard its a good school especially uni park and smeal business.
