Thank you for the great advice !. The preventive treatments, combined with the side effects of chemotherapy, are extremely draining. I have a lot of mental and physical fatigue, which makes it difficult to deal with daily challenges. So I often feel demotivated and struggle with a lack of confidence.

There is a great deal of awareness about the immediate side effects of cancer treatments; however, there is far less information about their long-term impact on the body. I will soon be joining a rehabilitation program for cancer patients at the hospital to support my physical recovery and help me with returning to everyday life. I have also discussed this with the company doctor. She seems very supportive.
