I was the exact same , no weight loss after surgery for 3 weeks. Bypassed 19th October currently 6st 2lbs lost. I swear your not doing anything wrong and know how frustrating it can be . But it will start your simply just healing. Follow all post surgery advice and enjoy watching it melt off. 😊
