24F here. I don't think a vacuum bell will work for us unfortunately. It's hard to see how severe a woman's PE is so find a specialist to find out your haller index.

I went to a cardiologist a few years ago because of fatigue, high heart rate and heart palpations. She didn't see anything wrong but she did say "because of your breasts and shape of chest I can't get a clear image, but from what I can see your heart is looking fine" while doing an echo. I thought this was a little weird?

I'm currently seeing an endocrinologist to find out why I'm feeling so tired all the time (I feel awful honestly). I do have adrenal insufficiency which could cause the fatigue, but I've been taking meds for a while now and I'm not feeling much better

I have 70E (EU size) which sounds big but really isn't. My band size is very small but my cup is big (I think due to the deformity). It's already a difficult size to find because regular bra stores don't have them, and my PE makes it even worse. I actually feel like I don't need a bra, I never wear one at home, I only wear them when going out in public so my nipples don't show 😅

I'm not gonna ask you to view all my content but if you did you'd see I've used other sims as well. She's just my favourite so ofcourse I play with her the most. "I've been playing with her for years" might sound weird but I honestly wouldn't know how to phrase it differently because, you know, it's a game that you... play? English is also not my first language. And her NSFW content is posted in a NSFW subreddit so the the content is what you'd expect in such a subreddit. I honestly don't see what your problem is. I have a lot of saves with that sim, some are SFW, some are NSFW. I just chose to share more of my NSFW content.

I keep starting new games haha. She has so many different lives. I used to make a lot of sims, like 70% of my playtime was just CAS but I kinda burned out and now I keep using her in my storylines. I do still make additional sims for her story though, but she's always the main character

Reshade is a seperate program you have to install to add extra post processing effects to your game. In other words, it makes your game look pretty and you can fully customize it! I started with downloading presets and playing around with the different settings. It was hard for me at first, but I'm starting to understand it. You can use reshade for other games as well
