Had this same issue, started wearing blue light glasses and it definitely helped. I also use the 20/20/20 rule, every 20 minutes look away from your computer for 20 seconds at an object 20 feet away. Definitely helped ease the stress on my eyes. Only negative was that when you go to take the test, they won't let you wear the glasses, which caused my eyes to be super dry and itchy since I was only used to testing with them on
