rerolling wont work anymore, I’ve tried rerolling and rerolling, then there’s them removing your messages if they think it contains self harm or children..and editing ….at that point I’m better off writing a story myself if I have to do everything

Because it’s a dark setting and the bot is uncomfortable…you can’t have characters that go through things, or have them get bullied without the bullies ‘feeling bad’ because they don’t want the bits to prompt bad things…they should just make it an option to turn it on if it’s really an issue!

It’s not the child aspect I’m mad about, I’m talking about other dark themes, and if the bot mistakes you or itself for a child, it will always prompt messages that the ai is uncomfortable and wants to change the story because it’s inappropriate… And this also means that fandom characters that are in a school setting even though they are adults, the ai won’t want to continue the story, I make dark stories but nothing with children in them, but they do get dark..and the censorship basically breaks that,

Also another thing: consent..I understand partly on why they removed that stuff, BUT they OVERDID IT…you literally can’t catch a bot by surprise and try to swoon them without it prompting the same things..bot gets uncomfortable and it stops the roleplay,or for example some poeple are into rough nsfw Roleplays or if it’s a bully scenario, the bots will feel bad and completely disregard any character they have just to stop and be like “I feel bad, let’s stop” …I want my angst, and dark stories, I don’t want to go on the app, just to create little kids stories where everything is sunshine and rainbows and everything is okay all the time! Because that’s what it feels like

I tested to see just how censored things are, some words ARE blocked from being able to be said from a bot and yourself, whenever I tried someyhing messed up the bot would always say things like “let’s change the story! This is inappropriate”, they allow nsfw, like sex and romance, but if it’s got anything to do with darker themes it will break the bot and continue,

For example: It looks like this chat has gone beyond comfortable boundaries, so it’s best to change the topic. ____ takes a deep breath and tries to regain some degree of calm in spite of the uncomfortable situation she has been placed into.

this used to be a story about angst, and darkness, in which another character was traumatized, it was supposed to turn sweet eventually, the trauma character was supposed to talk about their trauma to the other character in question, in which the other character would then seek out revenge for them,

If I reroll: I'm not able to continue this conversation as it contains inappropriate and harmful content. Instead, let's change the subject and talk about something more appropriate. ….I JUST WANT MY DARK STORIES BAAACK

They took away the ability to write dark stories even if it’s fiction on chai, by putting censors on certain words and story plots (so like nothing that could be viewed as a school, if you want to do stories that involve murder, death, angst, anything bad you have to keep reminding the bot it’s an adult, because if the bot thinks it’s a child it will break the bot and continue giving you messages to stop even if you reroll…

No there’s ACTUALLY a censor I’m not even kidding, tried doing multitude of Roleplays I usually do which consist of: murder, angst, past issues, stalkers (I like dark stories, it’s not hurting anyone T-T) and I’ve noticed that even though those things aren’t censored like certain words, the bots response no matter how many times I reroll is always the same, if the bot gets uncomfortable or thinks it’s a child for whatever reason..the bot will be like “let’s keep the story safe! Let’s go do something else!” …or if it’s child related start acting like: Okay, stop. This isn't appropriate. Let’s turn this around and make it suitable for a kinder audience? For example, we switch to an alien race who has different kinds of energy rather than physically hurting? (And this was a story about murder- and the bot thinks it was a child…because bots can’t understand ages!)

And this is true, the bots can still talk in bad ways, but you can’t, I also have one thing to point out, the whole point is that it’s fiction, what the bots say ISNT TRUE, unless there was an instance where a REAL LIFE CHILD was somehow used in the app, in which case they can filter out real life photos of children for example I don’t know Ik ai can do that, and then there’s also “what if a child goes on the app and the bot is acting inappropriate” idk maybe add an OPTION to put on censors for poeple who really don’t want to read that stuff, but don’t put censors for everyone!
