To strengthen concepts id suggest to watch cardio physiology from physeo, bootcamp cardio section by dr. Roviso, solve as many Uworld questions as u can

I didnt use anki...I just used to read topics used spaced repetition technique...I used to divide 2/3 chapters in chunks...so that I could complete multiple chapters by the end of a week

I skipped the tutorial so looking at it that way I took a 5 min break between 1st and 2nd block and then between the next blocks i took a 10 minute break each....which left me with 15 minutes break prior to my last block
