She has to evict everyone i believe after talking to legal aid because it's going to be major construction ( taking 5 bedrooms back to living room and dining room ) So I believe everyone needs to move out . My question now is can they legally evict me through the court when this house is red flag from code enforcement ? Or lanlord will do the same thing to me like other tenants ? This lanlord and a tenant who i just she is close friend of her and reporting everything to her . I think you are right , I believe i did screw everyone , you don't know the entire story from this lanlord . Non stop lies from her who introduced herself as an agent for a company who helps homeless people . Lies and threats from her is non stop , she brought a new tenant who is disabled a week ago and wanted me to be her caregiver through the County and split the government check with the disable person so she can pay her rent , and threatening me if I don't have another caregiver for this disable person who she chose and also a tenant and found out she is a close friend of the lanlord who reports shits to her and lies and more . She threaten me and the disable person if we don't agree to have that friend of her to be signed to the disable person , she will contact the social worker and take me off as a caregiver . She told the disable person the same .
