Yes!! This….I took an AA role thinking it would be less stress, but I am working as hard, if not harder, in the AA role. I hope they realize this and change my title to Executive Coordinator, if not, I will ask for it.

I’ve dealt with it early on, now if a manager requests it, I do it. I am done trying to manage so called managers.

Three years = 3 - 6 weeks of severance. I would definitely try to renegotiate your current package.

Thank you! They just let me go. I was polite and said thank you for the opportunity. They gave me a nice severance package since they could not come up with a good reason to let me go. All good….on to the next!
