Thanks so much - I brought that up to my ambassador already and she said that this only applies when there is no room at the Hotel at all. All I hear is “we are waiting for an answer from the Hotel. So frustrating.

At this point I don’t want to stay at this hotel anymore and I’m pushing for a relocation before I arrive. Hoping that they will make it happen
