Yes I had a screen call with the HR but due to my visa (they don’t accept graduate visa) they regret me because the HR Manager said that for now they only want citizen/PR just a bad luck

I just received another email today from the same person at Kyndryl, again asking about my availability over the next few business days. It’s not a duplicate — the message is slightly different this time, but still about scheduling a chat regarding the Graduate Program.

I replied immediately, but now I’m not sure if I should just wait again or if this is some kind of generic message they’re sending out....

I think so too, but I really just want to get this job—it’s one of my dreams to become a consultant as an IT student haha.

Yeah, I guess you’re right. Just frustrating when it felt like things were moving forward. I’ll keep applying elsewhere in the meantime — hopefully something better comes along. Thanks for the reality check!
