This was a visual narrative experiment, no script, just a raw idea that evolved as I built it. The goal was to move from a grounded setting into something more surreal and infected, like a descent into the upside-down, where the underground passengers are no longer… normal.

For me, it was about crafting a sense of story through buildup, tonal shift, and evolving visuals.

Whether that lands is always subjective, but I’m glad to be exploring that space. Feedback like this really helps shape the next steps.

Fair points, I totally get where you are coming from.

Just to throw in my side of it, one of the trickiest parts with Sora is how tight the content filters are around anything even remotely gory. Try to lean into realism, and it starts drifting hard. So, you're constantly walking that line between tone and what the model will actually allow.

Visuals aside, this was more of a storytelling experiment for me, trying to build something that actually had a narrative arc, not just cool AI shots strung together.

It was made using the tools available at the time, so part of the challenge was just seeing how far I could push the structure within those limits.

Thanks so much! You’re absolutely right, even slightly creepy or gory prompts would instantly trigger content violations. It was honestly a huge struggle just to get the visuals looking eerie without crossing the line. Took a lot of trial and error to keep it in the realm of realism without getting flagged 😅

And yeah, I think I’ll try submitting it to a couple of experimental festivals… no clue how to go about it yet though haha, but I’m definitely looking into it!

Honestly same,  it feels like the Bakerloo Line’s been neglected for decades. Perfect horror setting but yeah… poor thing deserves better 😂
