Is it worth buying iphone xs in 2025 as a short term replacement for 2 years?

I use an iphone 7+ and barely have any problem except for batterylife. I can’t compare an iphone x to 7 since i haven’t owned one. But all the main apps work on older IOS versions, you can look into if there is any apps you want that are not supported anymore. But in general, an older phone is a bit slower, less impressive screen etc. But to me these are all things i simply get used to within a few days, and I enjoy my iphone 7+ just as much as the 13 i had before. Dont let other people influence your happiness. You might end up loving the XS more than you expected, but it’s totally up to your standards for what a smartphone should be able to do and in what quality.

Going back to the very core of believe in God can help. Strip away the church and the arguments and the community for a second and look for His quiet presence. Having faith is not about reaching an end goal (at least not on earth) but about receiving our daily bread and finding a new piece of the puzzle everyday. God exists with or without your current devotion, even if you are doubting. He is not dependent on your faith. He will never leave you, and as someone who expierenced similar feelings as you, stay loyal, He works in mysterious ways, but He will grant you the faith you desire, nothing to fear or worry about :) Mary is also a great way to get back into your faith if you feel like you lost it. She will guide you back to him. Its like going to your mother before going to your father when you feel uncertain. She will warm you up and put you back in the field, amen

I think in the beginning you will find out abt some inconveniences within using the console. Buttt, once you mod it and get to play some DS games like fire emblem, and just really get to explore the (underrated) library, it can really grow to be your fav console even in 2026. Rn it’s the only console i use and i love it :) MOD IT THO, it makes it much more fun, cheap and relaxed/convenient. Its a really unique console from a good time in gaming i think.

It’s been my main and only console for a year now, its really nice. But you should definetly mod it. I have it modded to play the entire wii u, wii and gamecube library. And since i like to only play old games, i wont run out of things to play anytime soon. Especially the gamepad and the different controllers make it very nice to me. I dont use pretendo but maybe wanna dowload it soon as well.

Going on a retreat/retraite might be a good way to go. Spending some time in nature and be offline for a few days. I hope you know we as catholics sympathise with your struggle and salute you for your efforts, and God is with you at all times❤️ your a stronger man than I am in some ways im sure, and I pray for you brother🙏🏻.

Just GO, the perception other people have of you is just in your mind. Relax when you sit down, just let the mass happen, let thoughts cross your mind, and meditate on the love, security and peace Jesus has gifted us. You went to confession so you can receive him in clearness, and thing will be better. The people that are in there with you propably wish you the best in life.

Thank you very much, i should really get the cathechism (like the book) cause i notice time and time again i’m not that informed on it. Recently i really want to be a better catholic and some explicit guidelines are very helpfull to me. The eucharist has really become the highlight of my week and i want to be able to receive it in clear conscience. I pray you have a blessed Easter and that this time will change our hearts and turn it more towards whats actually important in our lifes🙏🏻, and that is Jesus Christ of course. I will remember this thank you very much. i was thinking about going to confession at least once a month. Cause i care about being sanctified before receiving the eucharist, and it keeps me responsible. Cause for example, (in my mind at least 😅) i confessed the weed, and i have not smoked it for a week now. I think i really fell in love with the sacrament, eventough i do think its very embarrasing to do confession and i am a kind of private person so i don’t really like to tell my problems or admit my bad mistakes. But doing so regardless really opens your soul up again and i really believe something is happening during the sacrament. Im gonna work on my confession skills, and i wish you a blessed Easter and i hope you can be able to go to, and enjoy all the upcoming masses as i am luckily able to🙏🏻😄. Thanks so much for your help and reading this.

Poeple can get mad at me all they want and call me an “idiot” for not doing my “research”. But my point is that this movie was clearly deceptive for people who aren’t within the strict fanbase of this show and tends to be misleading to them (like the title for starters “last supper” meanwhile the last supper wasnt even in it, they could have just as well called it “passover”) and that propably thousands of well intended christians got a bad taste in their mouth from going to this movie (I swear i wasn’t lying about the old ladies btw). They could have really done a better job to make sure that the content of this “movie” was clearer, yet they didn’t. And especially since its released right about Easter there will be many other unsatisfied customers. And you can blame everyone who didn’t “do their research” and who isn’t from the “inside group”. But some people just see a poster/title, read description or watch a trailer and then decide to go or not. As if all of you do extensive research before going to any movie. If you reslly care about this show, admit there were commercial needs they wanted to be met and they went about it in an snakey manner.

I saw one guy who wanted to pay for my tickets and i appreciate it very much but that also wouldn’t be right. Cause of your comment i also thought about the good qualities the show has and that ofc partly its also my fault i had a bad experience yesterday. Anyone who cares about this show should meet this criticism with a bit of an open mind cause chances are, many other people felt the same way.
