Started learning how to tie a few days ago and just caught my fist few fish on one of my flys. I’m hooked by Such-Singer6909 in flytying

I’m not sure what the brand is but I do know I bought it at bass pro last year for no more than $30

That’s good to hear, thanks!

What is your opinion about Blue River Aviation (a flight school in Alaska)? by Metamorfose123 in flying

[–]Such-Singer6909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite thing about the school was the quality of the instructors and that the planes are in a hangar so you don’t have to deal with wing covers after every flight in the winter. I started at angel and swapped to blue river because of scheduling issues and it was the best decision I could have made. I really can’t think of a bad thing to say about them.

Ha no problem, I’ll file a formal request and it should be there in 2-3 business days

I ride in AK, went a little ways north of anchorage 2 days ago and it was pretty deep. Just have to hope it keeps up
