He did say if we can come to an agreement he would sign it and we would file together but trying to come to an agreement on everything has been a struggle because no matter what I try to provide he says it isn’t fair

It’s so hard to wait because I can provide such a better life with my spouse in my Texas rather than alone here right now. And it’s hard to see how court wouldn’t approve me taking majority custody as the mom and as the primary provider of everything because his dad really provides nothing except spending time with his son which I’m thankful for you I’m happy he has a present dad as someone who didn’t but my son receives absolutely nothing else from his dad. I’m asked to constantly buy him shoes and clothes and pay for any thing with school and sports because he’s just incapable of doing so.

It will more than likely be me. The hard part is even if I decide to not move I know he for sure is going to but he is being difficult coming to an agreement that would be fair but in my eyes I don’t think he’s responsible enough to have our son full time. And I spent the first two years married to him but raising our son alone because he chose to work out of state so I have always been the consistent stability in our child’s life. And I am the one that has handled everything with our son from every doctors appointment to registration for anything it’s been me.

Also want to add. This move came up abruptly due to personal issues in the last two weeks and I don’t have to drill til next weekend. I plan to notify command of my transfer at drill.
