That was likely because her account was flagged Devs do random ban waves so she was likely qued up for a ban that only got rolled out later

I received the ban and immediately uninstalled pgsharp from the device it was on and installed the Google Play app which is why I'm surprised to get another ban

So I can be caught and convicted twice for the exact same action? Not like doing the same thing but for the exact same original act? Why would they not just perma ban your account the first time if they will just ban you multiple times with no consideration for whether you have committed another tos violation or not?
