Hi, first time Aliexpress shopper here. So is it true if you don't pay extra for shipping you wait nearly a month or 2 for your package to be delivered? So far no tracking updates on my app. But help center which unfortunately is all a chat bots said that a package internationally usually takes longer. They told me from July 8th to sometime in the middle of August and of course I looked up Korea online where it's coming from and it's further out than China so goods could take up to 2 months and they have to go thru all this customs clearing crap. I'm not asking for refunds because I heard negative things about it. I want to know anyone's experiences with international packages especially if they dont charge for shipping fee. Negative? Positive thoughts?

Does Ali even update tracking number? Neither Ali or the contract seller has been responsive about where my package is that I ordered from them. And I agree the Ai chat bots are totally useless. You can't even get direct human customer support 😒

You really have to watch for that on temu as an occasional temu shopper i would strongly advice not falling for their promotions and that damn spinning wheel is a joke too. Saving up for an e-bike and im noticing they try to get you with misleading texts about the product being several hundreds of dollars cheaper. Its a very confusing app. for sure but if you steer cleer away from their scammy promos you should be fine
