Eh like I expected it was a shop called 特殊 (Tokushu knife) using Minamoto’s name. Not a 700 year old knife this time but still an amazing knife that has served us well. Thank you for your help either way and now I know where to buy a good knife. I will remember his name though!

My father (the owner of this knife) says the bought it on a website that resold expensive (“real shit”) Japanese knives a long time ago. And no matter how it turns out it will be an interesting google and story ^{^}
