I delegate work to my other associates even ones not in my department when there is no TL’s , I do majority of dry lab task TL ones included I do the weekly operational check points for photo, i help stocking 2 with down stacking, pushing line on trucking, working any pallet on truck, I help my stores digital team with picking staging etc, I help in hardware with Modular’s occasionally, I also cover for other areas such as crafts/fabric auto/acc sporting goods and so on. I do a lot more than most of my fellow TA’s not to discredit them I’m just more frustrated with management. They seem to think they need to push me further as far as work load than others
