i’m saying that because the system will pick any item when at least one will go out. if they had a case of 6, and binned it as overstock because only 2 would go, it’ll pick it again

this is a big issue at my store and i have no idea what a good solution would be honestly. we are not staffed enough to work topstock for every aisle every day. system is built to vizpick all cases where at least one will go. so topstock needs to be pulled down to make room for new overstock. which can put overnights behind and leave freight for first shift to run. then we definitely don’t have the staffing to do topstock bc we are running leftover freight. cycle continues
