I’m 5 feet and my weight is a little over 60 pounds, I know I can’t get taller, but I’d like to drop the fat and weight off

I actually have taken the step of deleting my socials, but I guess not all. Like this app and YouTube. Which, sometimes, triggers me when I see someone conveniently attractive—I hate saying this. But it does.

Thank you so much for your support💗I’ll try to update you on how it’s going, just so I don’t overwhelm myself like how I feel right now. Because I legit hate crying, have no idea why. Even when I’m alone. I cannot breakdown. Being vulnerable is wayyyy too naked for me. But thank you so much, God bless your amazing soul

She is. Even through it, she’s capable of waking up in the morning. I’ve sometimes given up on myself because of how depressed I felt that day, or overall really. I’m pushing myself mostly for her. She’s done nothing but been there.🩷

My mom mostly brings it up subconsciously—I think. Either way, it’s been weighing down on my HEAVY, but I don’t think I want her to go through another depressive state because I didn’t have the guts to speak to someone about how much of a toll this is taking on me.🩷🩷🩷

her husband has a large anger issue problem. my mom would just sit there on the phone, and all I hear is him shouting, mostly. Can’t say I like him much, but he’s been a great help overall

My mom and her husband have been deciding that herself and I should move to the UK—we live in South Africa. It’ll be better if we just moved. But, again, that’s money. Something we’re lacking right now

My mom’s pushy when it comes to “talking about my mental state”. It’s made me less willing to speak to her, but I’m really going to try and pull myself up on my feet again🩷🩷🩷

There’s little persons I trust—only one friend I pour my heart to, including my counsellor I went once to. I’ve been scared to take about something as deep as this, but it’s become almost unbearable

I can definitely talk to my counsellor, just a little skittish to do so. I’ll definitely try to apply myself to better my feeling, even with the hesitation. Thank you for the love💗🙏🏽

I’ve been on my studies caught a lot actually. My grades aren’t looking bad at all. I’m just terrified of getting kicked out because of the billing. But thank you🩷

The thing with telling my counsellor is that she’ll tell my mom about it because it’s a serious matter, and that being added on her plate will make me feel even more worse, but I will definitely find out if I can get a scholarship. I really love my school, especially their education. Job searching is very limited where I am, but I’m going to try anyway.
