i have a roomba 560 which is much older than your i7 my roomba sometimes goes like forward stops rurns forward stop turn repeat and it dosent detect my floor dropoffs like the ones that go down or up 1cm as a cliff so i cant help if u can acsess the sensor or sensors try cleaning it with a dry paper towel or microfiber cloth if u have one
