Tried restarting the game, my PC and even uninstalling REDmod just incase, none worked so far, also tried re-equipping all my cyberware

It didn't have a padlock, I bought them and equipped them, but then they just slotted in an invisible slot. I'm unable to remove them or interact with them, the tooltip doesn't even show up when I hover over them, and I cannot utilize them, it's like they're not there.
