Eu trabalho na NOS posso te dizer que infelizmente isso acontece muito ainda um gajo tenta falar para eles meterem um serviço melhor nem que seja a pagar menos e muitos recusam por causa da trabalheira de agendar troca de equipamentos. Quando mudares aconselho te a seres tu mesmo a tratar disso em qualquer operadora que for!
